Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
A valid order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, or damaged items
Items without tags or original packaging
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Share your order number and reason for return
Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is due to our error.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after item inspection
Approved refunds are completed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued via bank transfer, store credit, or original payment method (where applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
